The rooms were both air conditioned, well-organised, complete with superb bathroom and an area for breakfast a closet, for instance. Everything seemed perfect, clean.

All in all they offer EXCELLENT service. The breakfast is very good, offered with cakes and tea or coffee, as for instance. The location is unbeatable, 5 minutes' walk to a grand showpiece square.

I was here for 2 days and would like to stay there on the next trip. Everything about the hotel was modern. The rooms were top-notch and nicely decorated with an area for breakfast a closet as well as newly refurbished ensuite bathrooms, nothing to complain about.

A traditional Venetian house converted in a B&B, lovely and traditional room and an excellent location.
The price is somewhat high for the qualitty offered, but that is a general rule in Venice... and the room is a little small, wich for us wasn't a problem, but if someone really likes big rooms, this is not a good choice.
